- Intensive care and some oncology wards do not accept flowers. Check with the family if you can; if the ward you name is one we know refuses flowers, we tell you before confirming the order.
- If the patient may be discharged soon, consider sending to the home address instead.
- Give the patient's name as registered, plus department, floor and room number if known.
How the handover works
The courier delivers to the ward's nurse desk or the hospital's information desk with the patient's name, department and room, and asks for the patient to be informed.
What travels well to a hospital
Potted plants and orchids are long-lasting, need no vase and carry little scent; we show those first below. Strongly scented lilies are best avoided on shared wards.

Same-day delivery depends on the hospital's district and our delivery zones; the cut-off above comes from our delivery engine, and the exact option for the hospital's address is confirmed at checkout.

Do hospitals in Istanbul accept flowers?
Most general wards do; intensive care and some oncology or transplant wards do not. If the ward you name is one we know refuses flowers, we tell you before confirming the order. If unsure, a potted plant to the home address is the safe choice.
