How the handover works
Our standard is a handover at reception: the courier leaves the arrangement with the guest's registered name and room number and asks reception to inform the guest. Where the hotel allows deliveries to the room, the arrangement is taken up to the room.

Same-day delivery depends on the hotel's district and our delivery zones; the cut-off shown above comes from our delivery engine, and the exact option for the hotel's address is confirmed at checkout when you pick the date and time slot.
